Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the TikTok developer application MotoAuction and related features on https://motoauction.online (the “Service”), operated by Moto Auction. By authorizing MotoAuction or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

MotoAuction integrates with TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API so that Moto Auction can:

• Connect a TikTok account via OAuth.
• Upload and/or publish videos about motorcycles and Japanese auction inventory from motoauction.online.
• Manage captions, privacy settings, and related metadata for those posts.
• Retrieve a list of videos from the authorized account where permitted.

The website brand is Moto Auction (motoauction.online). The TikTok application name is MotoAuction – the same brand as the website. The Service is operated directly on our servers as a first-party integration for Moto Auction.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must comply with TikTok’s age and account requirements. You are responsible for the TikTok account you authorize and for keeping credentials and tokens secure.

3. Your responsibilities

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Comply with TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and API Terms.
• Ensure you have all rights needed for any video or caption published through MotoAuction.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse rate limits, or circumvent TikTok or our security controls.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you publish. You are solely responsible for that content and for any consequences of publishing it. We do not claim ownership of your TikTok videos. You agree not to publish illegal, infringing, hateful, pornographic, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited content, including content that violates TikTok policies.

5. TikTok API

Access depends on TikTok. TikTok may change, limit, or revoke API access. We are not liable for TikTok outages, policy changes, account actions by TikTok, or API limitations (including sandbox/private-only posting before app audit approval).

6. Availability

The Service is provided “as is”. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moto Auction and MotoAuction are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the Service or TikTok APIs.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and revoke MotoAuction in TikTok settings at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, TikTok rules, fraud, or other risk to the Service or users.

9. Privacy

Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
